Short version: we collect what you send us on the contact form and basic analytics about how the site is used. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with anyone who is not helping us run this business, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time by writing to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you give us. Name, company, email, phone, trade, territory and anything you write in the message field when you use the contact form or email us.
• How you used the site. Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser. This is standard web analytics.
• What we do not collect. Payment details, government identifiers, or any special category personal data. There is no reason for us to have those and we do not ask for them.

Why we collect it

• To reply to you and to prepare properly for a call you have asked for.
• To check whether the territory you serve is available.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: email hosting, our CRM, website analytics, and site hosting. Each of them is bound to use the data only to provide that service to us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not pass it to other contractors or agencies.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for as long as there is a live business conversation, and for up to three years afterwards in case you come back. Analytics data is retained for up to twenty-six months. If you ask us to delete your information we will do it and confirm in writing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator, and you are welcome to, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.

Marketing messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Replying HELP gets you help. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked for them.

Cookies

The site uses only what is needed to work and to measure basic traffic. There is no advertising tracking, no cross-site profiling and no data broker involved. If we ever add advertising pixels to this site we will say so here and ask for consent first.

Client data

If you become a client, any data belonging to your business or your customers stays yours. We process it on your instructions, inside accounts you own, and we return or delete it when the engagement ends. That is set out properly in the client agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to anyone we hold an active inquiry for.
