For outdoor living contractors in the US and Canada who sell through an in-home consultation

30 qualified consultations on your calendar in 90 days. Or we work free until you have them.

One partner builds the campaigns, the pages, the CRM, the follow-up and the tracking and carries the risk if it does not work.

Google and Meta campaigns for every project type you sell. A conversion page for each one. A CRM that answers in seconds at nine on a Sunday night. Nurture that runs for months instead of weeks. And attribution that shows which advertising dollar bought which signed contract. Launch-ready in 30 days, built inside accounts you own, one contractor per territory.

The whole system in four minutes where the leads come from, what happens in the first sixty seconds, and how a signed contract gets traced back to the ad that produced it.

Where the money is actually going

You do not have a lead problem.

You have five leaks, and every one of them looks like a lead problem from the outside. None of them is fixed by better ads.

Step: 01

The Saturday afternoon problem

She decides on Saturday that this is the year. Three forms in eleven minutes. Two companies call before dinner. You call Monday at ten and get voicemail. You paid for that lead. Somebody else got the project.

Step: 02

Your best salesperson is driving to houses that were never going to buy

A renter. A lot that will not take the structure. A budget half your minimum job. Nobody asked before the appointment was set, and that is two hours of drive time plus the slot a real buyer could have had.

Step: 03

Nobody can tell you which ad produced the signed contract

Ask which campaign produced the four contracts you signed in March. The room goes quiet. So you spend evenly on everything, including the losers.

Step: 04

The six-month buyer looks identical to the one who is not buying

These projects get decided over a season. Most contractors follow up three times and stop. She buys in month five, from whoever was still useful in month four.

Step: 05

You are paying twice for the same homeowner

Everyone who inquired, got a quote and went quiet is sitting in a dead spreadsheet. You already paid to acquire every one of them.

Seven trades

A homeowner buying a screen room does not think like one buying a pool.

Each trade gets its own campaign language, its own proof, its own qualifying questions and its own follow-up. The system underneath stays the same. The conversation does not.

The mechanism

One partner builds the whole path.

The usual choice is a fifty-person agency that runs your ads and sends a report, or a freelancer who builds one piece and leaves. Neither is accountable for what happens between the click and the contract. That gap is where your money goes.

The five pieces

Every piece has a job.

If it does not move a homeowner closer to a signed contract, we do not build it.

01

Put your finished projects in front of the homeowners who can afford them

Google catches the homeowner already typing "sunroom cost near me." Meta catches the one who has not thought about it yet, scrolling past a photo of the deck you built two streets over.

Held to: Cost per qualified consultation How this one works
02

Stop sending your sales team to houses that were never going to buy

A page per project type that answers the money questions, shows the proof, and asks for the property, the scope, the timeline, and the budget before anyone books a slot on your calendar.

Held to: Consultation-to-proposal rate How this one works
03

Be the first company that homeowner talks to, every single time

The homeowner who wants a $60,000 sunroom fills out three forms on a Saturday afternoon. Whoever calls back first usually wins the job. Most contractors call on Monday.

Held to: Time to first response How this one works
04

Get paid for the leads you already bought and gave up on

Most outdoor living projects are decided over months, not days. The contractor who is still usefully in the conversation in week nine is the one who gets the call.

Held to: Resurrected pipeline value How this one works
05

Know which advertising dollar bought which signed contract

Not clicks. Not leads. Signed work, tracked back to the campaign, the project type, and the territory that produced it, so you can spend more on what pays and cut what doesn't.

Held to: Revenue by campaign, service, and territory How this one works

The mechanism

Pipeline.

Five stages between a homeowner seeing your work and your estimator shaking their hand. Most marketing companies operate the first one and hand you whatever falls out.

The offer

30 qualified consultations on your calendar in 90 days. Or we work free until you have them.

That is the whole deal. Not impressions, not clicks, not form fills that turn out to be a renter in the next county. Consultations with homeowners who own the property, want the project, have told us their budget, and are sitting in your calendar with a confirmed time.

We wrote the definition tight on purpose. A loose one is how an agency hits a number and still leaves you with nothing to sell.

Three things go in free that you would otherwise have to buy.

Not discounts. Not a trial. Things we already own and already run for other clients.

Bonus 1 $4,800Free

An AI agent that answers the calls you are missing

It picks up on the first ring at nine on a Sunday night, answers what the homeowner asks about your product, qualifies the project, and books the consultation straight onto your calendar. It is already running for a roofing company and a car subscription company. You can call it and talk to it before you hire us.

Bonus 2 $3,000Free

Your dead leads, worked in week one

Every contractor has a list of homeowners who inquired, got a quote, and went quiet. We load them into the new system and run a reactivation campaign in your first week, before the ads have spent a dollar. It is the fastest revenue in the engagement and it is yours whether or not the campaigns ever launch.

Bonus 3 $1,500Free

A teardown of every competitor advertising in your territory

We pull every ad running against you, how long each one has been live, what it promises, and where it sends the homeowner. Ads that have run for a year are printing money. You get the file, and you get to keep it.

Why only one

One contractor per territory.
That is not a sales tactic, it is arithmetic.

We bid on the same keywords and the same homeowners for every client we take. Two sunroom companies in one metro means bidding against ourselves and driving both of your costs up. So a territory goes to one contractor and stays there.

This is also a one-operator business by design. Jahangir builds and runs every system personally. That caps how many contractors can be onboarded at a time, and it is the reason the work is worth buying.

Thirty qualified consultations on your calendar within 90 days
of launch, or we keep working at our own expense
until you have them.

If the ninetieth day passes and you are short, we keep running your campaigns, your follow-up, and your booking system at our expense until the thirtieth consultation is booked. You pay us nothing further until it is.

Somebody has to carry the risk of this not working. For your last three agencies it was you. Here it is us.

Sunroom interior

Your marketing should understand what your proof, with context estimator needs to know.

Project type. Property location. Existing structure. Budget or financing. Timing. HOA and permit considerations. Decisionmaker availability. The better the information entering your calendar, the more valuable every estimating hour becomes.

  1. 1. Service area verified
  2. 2. Project scope captured
  3. 3. Timeline established
  4. 4. Consultation prepared
What happens next

Find out what your territory is actually worth.

One call, 15 to 20 minutes. We look at your market, your project mix, what you are spending now, how fast your team answers a new lead, and what your calendar looks like. You leave with a number.

  1. You book a time

The calendar is on the contact page. Pick a slot that suits you.

  2. We study your territory before we speak

Search volume, who is already advertising against you, and how long each of their ads has been running. Ads that survive a year are the ones making money.

  3. We talk for 15 to 20 minutes

No deck, no recording. If your territory is taken or the numbers do not support the guarantee, we say so on the call and you keep the territory analysis anyway.

  4. If it fits, the build starts inside a week

And you have 30 qualified consultations to hold us to.

Straight answers

The questions contractors actually ask

What counts as a qualified consultation?

The homeowner owns the property, it sits inside the territory you agreed to serve, they want a project you actually sell, they have told us their budget range and timeline, and the appointment is confirmed on your calendar. If any one of those is missing it does not count towards the thirty. We wrote it tight because a loose definition is how an agency hits a number and still leaves you with nothing to sell.

What if you miss the thirty?

We keep running your campaigns, your follow-up, and your booking system at our own expense until the thirtieth consultation is booked. You pay us nothing further until it is. There is no clause that lets us out of that as long as you have given us account access, approvals, project photos, and a team that answers the phone.

How long before anything is live?

Thirty days from the day we have account access, approvals and your project assets. The dormant lead reactivation runs in week one, before the ads have spent a dollar, so most contractors see conversations start before the campaigns launch.

Who owns the accounts?

You do, from day one. The Google and Meta accounts, the billing, the CRM and every contact in it, the domains, the tracking numbers, the analytics, the conversion pages, the creative, and the full history. We work inside your accounts, never ours. If we part ways you keep all of it and nothing switches off.

What does it cost?

$3,500 a month with no setup fee. Your advertising budget is separate, goes straight to Google and Meta from your own accounts, and we never touch it or mark it up. We ask for a minimum of $5,000 a month in ad spend so the guarantee has room to work. Ninety-day initial term, then month to month with thirty days notice.

Why only one contractor per territory?

Because we would be bidding on the same keywords and the same homeowners for both of you, which drives both your costs up and makes the guarantee impossible to hold. It is arithmetic, not a sales tactic. Once a territory is taken it stays taken.

We already have an agency. Why would we move?

Most contractors we speak to are not badly served on ads. They are badly served on everything that happens after the click. Ask your current agency which advertising dollar produced which signed contract last month. If they can answer that with a number rather than a report, stay where you are.

Do you work with contractors outside the United States and Canada?

Not currently. The campaign structures, compliance rules for text messaging, and the buying behavior we have data on are all North American. We would rather say no than guess with your budget.

P.S.

Here is the short version. We build the whole path Google and Meta campaigns, a conversion page for each project type you sell, the CRM, instant follow-up, booking, nurture, and revenue tracking and we have it launch-ready in 30 days. Then we run it. You pay $3,500 a month with no setup fee, on a build worth $48,800 that stays yours whether you stay or leave.

And the risk is ours. Thirty qualified consultations on your calendar within 90 days of launch or we keep working at our own expense until you have them. If we miss, we keep going at our own expense until the number is met. You own the ad accounts, the CRM, the contacts, the domains, the tracking, and the history from day one. There is nothing to be locked into.

What it costs to do nothing. Meanwhile the homeowner who filled in your form on Saturday afternoon signed with the company that called her back at 4:40pm. That project was worth somewhere between twenty and ninety thousand dollars, and it is gone. Not because your work is worse. Because someone answered first.

One contractor per territory. If yours is still open, the call takes fifteen minutes. Book it here.

Thirty qualified consultations on your calendar within 90 days of launch or we keep working at our own expense until you have them.
